CustomerHero uses cookies for its functioning. Cookies are small, usually text files sent via a website to the browser located on a user’s hard drive. This allows the website to recognize the type of the device which is used to connect by the user, and enables displaying the website version adjusted to the user’s device, e.g. a smartphone or a desktop computer. pl-banner-dismissed (browser session storage) — remembers that you closed the hint offering the Polish version of the site (until you close the tab);
PHPSESSID (survey.customerhero.com) — keeps the session of the contact form (until the session ends);
session_cookie_ followed by the form's number (survey.customerhero.com) — lets you finish a form you have started (30 days).

Marketing cookies — only with your consent, on the same terms:

The time in which cookies are automatically removed specified above, applies to the last case of using such files. Each time the user uses a feature which is associated with sending this type of a file to the user’s device, the time is counted from that point again.

Cookies sent via our website do not involve any configuration modifications in the device which you use to access CustomerHero or the software installed on such a device.
